We will be using the computers quite a bit throughout the year. On this page, you’ll find links to sites and resources that you may need for class. As the year goes on, this list will get longer as I add things relevant to our new assignments.
The Two Most Important Websites
The first thing you should worry about, though, is creating an account at two very important websites.
Engrade is an online grading system. All of your grades will be tracked through Engrade, and once you create an account you will be able to log-in and see a complete list of assignments that we’ve done and your grade on each assignment. I will help you create this account within the first two weeks of school.
Google is not just a search engine. You can create an account and gain access to tons of useful features. If you don’t have a Google account (or a Gmail account) then you will be required to make one. This gives you access to Google Mail (which you can check on the school network) and Google Docs (a place where you can create, store, and share documents).
